What if we told you, you might have gazed at art at the Marietta Cobb Museum of Art while reported resident ghost Katherine lurked over your shoulder? Learn stories of the most haunted building in Marietta that has been featured on several history shows and grim details of why they might be there. Hear the stories of recent sightings and interactions we’ve been told by employees of several establishments on the Square and see if you’ve unknowingly rubbed shoulders with the supernatural

Join one of our talented tour guides on an approximate 90 minute trolley ride around Historic Marietta, Ga. You will learn about our city's past and the things that still haunt our locations today. This tour visits the Historic Marietta Square as well as the City Cemetery, Confederate Cemetery, and National Cemetery, We will pass by several historic Marietta homes and tell their stories as well. There is a brief walking period of roughly 2 blocks. Flashlights are recommended, but not required.
***This tour is for ages 21 and older and valid ID is required. Alcohol is not provided or required, but definitely encouraged ***

Teaming up with several of Marietta's purportedly haunted watering holes, Ghosts of Marietta will get you acquainted with the spirits residing within while you enjoy spirits of the liquid variety. This tour of Marietta will reveal stories of the dearly departed who refused to leave after last call, and tempt you to take advantage of the daily drink specials and discounts the bars may be offering.

ONLY DURING OCTOBER
During the month of October, join us on an approximate 90 minute haunted walking tour around the Marietta Square with a special visit INSIDE of the Root House Museum! Visitors to the William Root House will have an opportunity to see the oldest surviving home in Marietta decorated for a time of mourning as it would have been at the time of Hannah Root’s father, Leonard Simpson's, death in 1856. Visitors will learn about 1850s mourning practices and superstitions about death as well as see what a traditional funeral would have looked like.

Join us at the Marietta Museum of History after hours for a guide led paranormal investigation! You will get the chance to do an investigation with a trained paranormal investigator with equipment. The Marietta Museum of History is housed in Kennesaw House, one of the most haunted buildings in Marietta….up to 700 ghosts according to some accounts!
